We want you to love your Kilani Perfumes purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product. We accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused products. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles.
